A sparrow ducks down
when an orange butterfly
flies too near its head
then fiercely hurries off
in spurts strangely like
a swimmer doing
the butterfly stroke
but we kept filming
this scene over and over
until the sparrow
had to be hospitalized
and the director
arrested for holding
a butterfly hostage.
