the Baptist boy has moved

the mother and her
son are staring at him
while he with both his hands
is tightly hanging on
to the thin crossed staff
the Jesus boy is trying
to take from him
the woman looks older here
her hair henna-dyed
her breasts heart-shaped
though the two boys look
pretty much the same.
