barking down the street
so I guess the mailman
hasn’t come yet
O no here they are
soon the clang
of my metal box
but the dog won’t quit
barking and eventually
this sets off a whole
hood of dogs barking
at a made-up enemy
while a real one
is robbing the house
behind it
