Is not the opposite
Of love though it
Feels like that a lot
They sang it’s taught
And went on teaching
The opposite of hate
Is kindness which hate
Kicks in the teeth
On a regular basis
Until kindness becomes
Courage strategy endurance
To put hate in its place
A distraction and shameful
Waste of energy and space
