would arrange
to disappoint everyone
one at a time
refute all expectation
nationality and name
don’t you have to be free
to be a little dynamic
I mean a little demonic
if no one else is at first
in painting it’s simpler
to say when you’re just
using black and grisaille
to stand in for all color
to catch it while working
hard on what you’ve never
experienced before.
