the way medicine is always advancing
and therefore always primitive
does love get better like that
daily touting its latest discoveries
how you will be whole in body again
after someone else kicks through you
as if you were a doorway or more like
a window climbed through for clearly
love is not of this world
but has already come and gone
voyaging these skies in hills and stars
