In a body in this world
Are we free to know
Our own thoughts
But only if we’re willing
To struggle through
To whatever they are
The things we chose
To think about here on earth
Because over there after death
Our thoughts will be handed to us
Out of the purest necessity
Our own will be taken away
The simplest logic will reign
Only here do we have the choice
When offered freedom to refrain
