First the sun creates the eyes to see it
Then the sound the ears to hear it
The canals of Venice makes me think
The bells of great cathedrals
But what did the light feel
Peering through the hole of the eye
When it heard the world was ready
To be touched and tasted
When arms and legs were called
Out of a certain destination
The words that willed the mouth
To feed them and the beating
That pounded the heart from nothing
And lifted it into its present position
