But they sure have a colorful imagination
Every day a new revelation and twist
Not like the last two centuries
With their constipated appeals
To the deceptions of reason
And yet the past drags on
Like an old spurned enemy
Our once closest friend
Still these days we’re steadily climbing
Toward a perception of true imagination
Who knew it could be so variegated
Limitless sublime
If we would only
Take back time
