I had a mandate and a mission
A divine commission
But I misplaced it on the way
To some forgotten destination
Now life is my vocation
How to keep them each alive
Body soul and spirit
Even when the soul
Tries to kill the body
And the body scorns the spirit
So needy for the inspiration
And good company
Of other bodies souls
And spirits
