We get our mathematics wrong
Two is the first number
And one comes after it
But only when they unite
And then a third can be born
The one we usually place first
Is really only half of two
Searching for its other part
But by itself it can do little
And often leads a lonely life
It knows two comes first
And has merely usurped its place
But when two ones come together
Someone greater than either is born
