Of the ego for which the
Soul is merely a tool
And the body merely
A fool in love with
The idea of itself
An accomplice a selfie
How clever to give
The soul a heart
And the body a brain
And encourage them
To fight between themselves
When all along
In the ego’s name
Lies their undoing
