Lost Valentine

crawling down into caves
which narrow as you
scrape through holes but at least
you can see an open space
you’ll come to a loop path 2.6 mi.
don’t take that if you want to live
veer or blear to the left
through trees you’ll hear traffic
huge snails and spiders
but beautiful with water everywhere
and the feeling again
of floating along.
