Home Bound Valentine

Who wants to stay at home
And write a sketchy poem
I'd rather roam alone
Among the Mayan tombs
Or climb the hills of Rome
Car whirling around the Coliseum
Wondering where they got the stones
And where their water came from
And the idea of the Pantheon's dome
When someone overturned a cup
And set it up on four bright sticks
The feeling of being held inside
That kind of concentration
Where home is everywhere with you
